ScolioDisc™ è un attrezzo ginnico che, collocato su uno sgabello o sedia girevole, consente 360° di rotazione, 40° di flessione laterale e 35° di flessione anteriore o posteriore con un giunto di tipo per universale per facilitare tutte le possibili combinazioni di movimenti ginnici necessarie per la mobilità, la reidratazione, l’apporto dei nutrienti e l’eliminazione delle scorie dei dischi vertebrali.

Col passare degli anni, se le articolazioni non vengono mobilizzate regolarmente, il contenuto interno liquido e la pressione esercitata dai dischi vertebrali si riduce. ScolioDisc™ aiuta a recuperare flessibilità e mobilità della colonna vertebrale in modo efficace e delicato a qualunque età.

Come si usa

Movimento laterale:

stai seduto con la schiena eretta e sposta le anche da un lato all’altro con oscillazioni alternate delle spalle, impegnando i muscoli obliqui del core core.

Movimento avanti e indietro:

stai seduto con la schiena eretta e ruota le anche avanti e indietro, spingendo le spalle indietro e avanti in direzione opposta al movimento della anche. Puoi anche guardare su e giù per allungare il collo.

Movimento rotatorio:

stai seduto con la schiena eretta e appoggia i pugni riuniti sul petto davanti a te, con gli avambracci paralleli al torace e i gomiti piegati. Ruota da un lato all’altro, spostando le ginocchia a destra e a sinistra, mentre la parte superiore del corpo si muove in senso opposto.
