Tracking my scoliosis condition
This Journal helped me to understand the main book “Your Plan for Natural Scoliosis Prevention and Treatment” and create my own scoliosis treatment. After 3 months of doing the exercises recommended and keeping daily records using this book, my spine is straighter and I don’t have back pain anymore.
